Following the last rumors, the Renault announcement and regarding an article from the French newspaper La Tribune, the next generation of Renault Latitude could be launched in the USA and Canada. Unfortunatly the American Renault Latitude won't have the Renault logo but it will be badged Mitsubishi.

Some fans already called it the 2015 Renault Premier...

Bien sûr que si Guillaume !...c'est juste que la renault premier (eagle premier) est la version américaine de la renault 25 !

The Eagle Premier was never sold in the USA as a Renault. Prototypes had Renault Emblems, but they were all removed well after the Chrysler Acquisition of AMC in August of 1987. The First Premiers hit the show room in January 1988 as a 1988 model.
